Abstract

By means of functional and histological research methods the authors have ascertained the influence of pyracetam, mexidol, xymedon, fumarate 3-hydroxipyridin on structurally functional changes of a hippocampus of the left hemi-sphere of white rats’ brain under conditions of global ischemia. On the basis of the experimental data received the authors conclude that xymedon in comparison with other drugs is the most admissible to homeostasis alignment of experimental animals.
